Twin Creeks Accountability & Transparency (TCAT) Club

As Owners, and as Members of the Twin Creeks Village (TCV) Homeowners Association (HOA), we have started a club that focuses on the core values of Accountability and Transparency, as we endeavor to become better neighbors with each other by increasing our personal interactions, actively looking for opportunities throughout each year to make our Community a better place to live, while increasing our ‘Community IQ’ and overall awareness by adhering to these 3 core principles:

1. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO FREE ASSEMBLY;
we should communicate and/or meet periodically to discuss issues in our Community, with the ability to also exercise asembly rights granted by our founding documents (CCRs and ByLaws) to gather in ‘Special Meetings’ called by us as HOA Members.

2. WE HOLD OURSELVES AND OUR LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABLE;
both abiding by all provisions in the founding documents of the TCV HOA (CCRs and ByLaws), to include additional Rules and Regulations if not in conflict with these founding documents.

3. WE CALL FOR TRANSPARENCY WITH THE HOA BOARD FOR ALL HOA DOCUMENTS;
Per the CCRs, we have been granted access to ‘Books and Records’ (which is a pretty broad category that has been interpreted to include all financial records, all vendor contracts, and other important information which should be available upon request to the HOA Board). As Owners, we would like to see all this information made even more available through the HOA website portal.
